Click on any listing to view details, then use the "Contact Seller" button to send a message. You can also call or WhatsApp the seller directly if they've provided contact information.

How do I save favorite listings?

Click the heart icon on any listing to save it to your favorites. You can view all your saved listings in My Favorites (requires login).

Is it safe to buy from sellers on this platform?

We recommend always meeting in a public place, inspecting the vehicle thoroughly, verifying documents, and conducting a test drive before making any payment. See our Safety Tips for more guidance.

Can I negotiate the price?

Yes! Contact the seller directly to discuss pricing. All negotiations happen between you and the seller.

How do I create a listing?

After registering and logging in, go to Create Listing and fill in all the required information about your vehicle. Add clear photos and accurate details to attract buyers.

Is listing my car free?

Yes! Basic registration and listing creation are free. However, premium features like featured listings and enhanced visibility may require payment. See Pricing for details.

How long does my listing stay active?

Listings typically remain active for 30 days. You'll receive a warning email before expiration, and you can renew your listing anytime from your dashboard.

How do I edit or delete my listing?

Go to My Listings in your dashboard. Click on any listing to edit details or delete it.

What information should I include in my listing?

Include accurate details: make, model, year, mileage, condition, price, and clear photos. Honest descriptions help build trust with buyers and lead to faster sales.

How do I create an account?

Click Register in the top navigation, fill in your details, verify your email, and you're ready to go!

I didn't receive my verification email

Check your spam folder first. If you still don't see it, you can request a new verification email from your dashboard or contact support.

How do I reset my password?

Click Forgot Password on the login page, enter your email, and follow the instructions sent to your inbox.

Can I change my email address?

Yes, you can update your email and other profile information in Settings.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments via Paystack, which supports debit cards, bank transfers, and mobile money. All payments are secure and encrypted.
