3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION AND SECURITY

• Accept responsibility for all activities under your Account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.

Quick Cars Finder is not liable for losses arising from your failure to secure your Account.

4. USER CONDUCT AND RESPONSIBILITIES

By using the Service, you agree NOT to:

• Vehicles with unregistered or altered VIN/chassis numbers
• Vehicles subject to police investigation or legal dispute

4.2 Misrepresent vehicle condition or ownership

Such as:

• Hiding accident history
• Providing false mileage
• Displaying edited or deceptive photos
• Failing to disclose mechanical faults

4.3 Engage in harmful platform activities

Including:

• Phishing attempts
• Scams or financial fraud
• Harassment of other users
• Spam messaging
• Replicating, scraping, or harvesting user data
• Using bots, crawlers, or automation tools
• Attempting to disrupt service performance

4.4 Violate Nigerian law

Including:

• Motor Vehicle Administration laws
• Cybersecurity regulations
• Anti-fraud statutes
• Copyright and intellectual property laws

5. VEHICLE LISTING RULES

Sellers must ensure that every listing:

5.1 Contains accurate and truthful information

Required details include:

• Make, model, year, version/trim
• Mileage (honest and unaltered)
• Transmission, engine type, fuel type
• Body condition (accidents, repaint, repairs)
• Mechanical state (engine, gearbox, suspension, electrical issues)
• VIN/Chassis number (must match documents)
• Clear pricing

5.2 Includes authentic photos

Photos must:

• Display the actual vehicle
• Be recent and unedited
• Accurately reflect visible condition
• Exclude stock or downloaded images

5.3 Comply with all ownership requirements

Sellers confirm that:

• They legally own the vehicle OR
• They are authorized by the legal owner to sell it

Sellers may be required to provide proof of ownership or identification.

6. BUYER RESPONSIBILITIES

Buyers acknowledge that Quick Cars Finder:

• Does NOT inspect vehicles
• Does NOT certify details provided by sellers
• Does NOT guarantee pricing accuracy
• Does NOT verify mechanical condition

Buyers MUST:

• Inspect vehicles physically before payment
• Verify VIN, engine number, and documents
• Conduct test drives in safe, public areas
• Avoid pre-payment without verification
• Use licensed mechanics if needed

You assume full responsibility for due diligence.

7. TRANSACTION SAFETY DISCLAIMER

Quick Cars Finder is not responsible for:

• Disputes between buyers and sellers
• Fraudulent transactions
• Misrepresented vehicle conditions
• Mechanical faults discovered after purchase
• Losses or damages from meeting strangers
• Car theft, title fraud, or security risks

We strongly advise conducting all meetings:

• In secure public locations
• During daytime
• With proper verification
• With a trusted companion present

8. PREMIUM SERVICES

Premium features include:

• Featured Listings
• Ads Posting
• Premium Profile Subscription
• Homepage Spotlight

These services provide increased visibility but do not guarantee inquiries, sales, or outcomes.

Use of premium services is subject to the Billing Policy.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Service — logos, branding, design, software, and layout — belongs to Quick Cars Finder.

Users retain ownership of their uploaded listing content; however, by submitting content, you grant Quick Cars Finder a worldwide, royalty-free license to:

• Display
• Reproduce
• Modify (for formatting)
• Promote
• Advertise across social media
• Use for marketing purposes

This license remains valid as long as your content appears on our platform or marketing channels.

10. THIRD-PARTY INTEGRATIONS AND ADVERTISING

We use third-party services including:

• Microsoft Clarity (analytics)
• Twilio (SMS delivery)
• Meta, TikTok, Google Ads (listing advertisements)

You consent to the necessary sharing of listing content and contact information strictly for operational and advertising functions.

11. FEES AND PAYMENT

Some platform features require payment, including premium ads and visibility enhancements.

By making a purchase, you agree that:

• Payments are non-refundable
• Pricing may change without prior notice
• You are responsible for verifying selections before payment
• Payment processors may apply service charges

12. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Engage in fraud

Users may also request account deletion.

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Maximum liability is limited to:

15. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Disputes between buyers and sellers must be resolved independently.
Quick Cars Finder is not a mediator or arbitrator.

For disputes involving platform policy violations, contact support.

16. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

All legal actions must be filed within Nigerian jurisdiction.
